Register every source the database draws from: PDF papers, scanned images, supplementary spreadsheets, or a DOI alone. Each source carries its own extraction and copyright status, so the public database can stay clean while raw copyrighted files remain private.

Copyright note: raw copyrighted PDFs are never made publicly downloadable. Sources markedcopyrighted_restrictedare visible only to admins and the original uploader; the public database exposes the extracted approved data, citation, and DOI, not the source file.
